On an annual basis, Dismas House can produce about 20% of their operating budgets from room and board paid by the residents. Expenses are kept low through donations of furnishings, food and services. Salaries are very modest and volunteers help reduce costs in numerous ways.

     Burlington Dismas House has an annual fund drive and other special events, help to make up the difference. Capital funds will be solicited until the mortgage and other purchase costs are paid off.

     Churches, foundations, corporations, religious orders, and individuals have contributed to Dismas House.
