The Thresholds/Decisions Program

Thresholds/Decisions is a Rutland Dismas program that provides people with the decision–making tools that enable them to make meaningful changes in there lives. It is offered to prisoners in the Marble Valley Correctional Facility and to the residents of Rutland Dismas House. Through a five step decision making process, people taking this course learn to exercise freedom within limits by seeing many possibilities.

This program depends upon volunteers. If you are interested in teaching Thresholds/Decisions, you can register for an intensive 20 hour training workshop. At the training you will learn how to work with inmates and residents one–on–one and in group sessions.
